ERIC BLAKELY www.ericblakely.com The road Eric Blakely travels has already taken him to many destinations - from Berkeley, California, rock 'n' roller through power pop to Austin, Texas. An in-demand lead guitarist and singer-songwriter, he's backed many artists both on tour and in the studio. His own popular Austin studio 'Folk Reels' has hosted such talents as Slaid Cleaves, Guy Forsyth, Erik Hokannen, and other independents. In between, he's managed to squeeze in three CDs of his own. "I write honest, simple songs that are very autobiographical and specific. I am constantly surprised how many people can relate the songs to their own lives."

EMMA TRICCA www.emmatricca.com To say that Tricca's music resembles that of a Baez or Mitchell would be too easy and, in this case, limiting to the musical style and breadth. Combining traditional folk nuances with modern combinations of instrument and rhythm, Tricca sings without naivety, subtly creating a seductive and powerful experience. Emma released her debut CD to critical acclaim in December 2001 to a packed nite at the 12 Bar Club in Soho, supported on the nite by the legendary Davy Graham and South London based Jason McNiff.

SON OF DAVE www.sonofdave.com Benjamin Darvill, former member of 'The Crash Test Dummies' and now 'Son of Dave' grew up on James Cotton and Albert King. Rocked with Neil Young. Joined the circus of major label pop and met the rest oh the world. Recoiled to a London flat overrun with recording gear, returned to Canada a champion, as 'Son of Dave' with a No.1 and the critics agree, this is a story of a rise to glory. Benjamin Darvill plays all your favourite instruments but glitters and shines when he holds a harmonica. It's a Beck meets Beefheart weird child human beatbox with harmonica filter kinda thing.

HARRY LOCO www.harryloco.tk Dutch singer/songwriter Harry Loco has been performing his Dylan style messages of peace, love and understanding all over Europe and has composed music regarding Africa's child soldiers for Amnest International. He has also performed at many festivals including the Dutch 'Gathering Stones' Festival.

D'ARCY www.darcymusic.com d'arcy are an acoustic guitar based pop/rock 4-piece from South London. Formed in 2000, d'arcy have headlined The Water Rats, Dingwalls, Sound, Rock Garden and Kashmir Klub to name a few. Expect to hear their excellent cover version of the Ash single Girl From Mars which was recorded for London radio station XFM. d'arcy received a surprise phonecall from Ash and their management (not to mention Cold Feet star James Nesbitt who happened to be on the tour bus with Ash) saying that they thought the d'arcy cover was "f***ing brilliant!" "d'arcy have a knack for a catchy pop song...and Say So (the title track from their debut 2002 EP) is as good as Travis's Sing or Coldplay's Yellow." Guardian 2002 Artist Lewis Taylor (Island Records) was at the last d'arcy gig at London's Metro Club and described their sound as "a funkier version of Squeeze." d'arcy are set to release their debut double A-side single Girl From Mars/ Say So which will be out in Spring 2004 on Cheam Records.

His songs are played on radio stations in Australia and the Netherlands and on local radio and net radio here in the UK. A video of his song "Old Leather Jacket" has been made for airing on Q magazines video channel. He has supported alt. country acts from the USA at the "Borderline". Pat's background was in traditional folk but since starting songwriting his vista has broadened to include Blues, Rock and Jazz. Get Rhythm magazine caught him live at the now defunct Kashmir Club and said "A great live act.Singer Patrick Crilly reminds me of oger Chapman and Feargal Sharkey mixed up in a cement mixer with Peter Gabriel. Songs are in that vein too. Quirky and bluesy....and deep as Loch water." A recent review at the Tall Poppy Club In Fulham said "Pat Crilly closed the show for us, with a raucous set - any gig with Pat on the bill is going to be a great one!" Pat has a cd recorded at Sanctuary Recording Studio ( home of Iron Maiden..no relation) featuring original 10 tracks with his band Knuckles and Nails.
